Questions ... Answers
For brand identity projects, you’ll need to complete a questionnaire, take part in brand development calls, and give timely feedback on your concepts. For websites: you’ll receive a website questionnaire and be invited to zoom strategy call. If you choose not to use our copywriting services, you’ll also need to complete all content and provide high-resolution brand and product photography to me two days prior to our design day.
This isn’t a must, but we highly recommend professional brand photography. Strategic brand and product photography can elevate your website like no other. It also makes sense to professionally update your design, copy, and photography in one shot so that everything is on the same level. Don’t worry, I have you covered with a list of amazing brand photographers all over the country!
We have several copywriters we can recommend based upon your needs and budget. We also have a content writing guide to assist you if you feel confident in your writing skills. However, website copy dictates design. Working with a copywriter can ensure your website has strategy and substance aside from looking pretty!
We use the once concept method. After spending time together deep diving into your brand we come up with one concept that backed by vision and strategy. We also feel this eliminates decision fatigue on your end. Three rounds of revisions are included, so we will be sure to get it just right!
We use both Showit and Squarespace. After our consultation we will determine which platform is best for your business based on your needs. These are the only platforms we design on because we feel aa they are both easy to use and maintain.
